We offer free tracked shipping on the majority of orders shipped from our international store. Orders that exceed our free shipping threshold will incur a small postage fee which will be calculated at checkout based on the order value.

Express shipping with DHL is also available at an additional cost which is calculated at the checkout.

Asia: 7 - 15 business days

Israel: 7 - 15 business days

South Africa: 10 - 25 business days

South America: 15 - 25 business days

Mexico: 10 - 25 business days

All orders are shipped from our distribution centre in London, UK.


Orders are shipped with Asendia UK then handed over to your countries postage provider. Once your order clears customs, you can track it on your local postal providers website using the same tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.


Express shipping with DHL takes approximately 2-5 business days to arrive once it has been dispatched from our warehouse. The cost of express shipping is calculated at checkout.


As all orders are dispatched from our distribution centre in the United Kingdom, they may attract import duties and taxes. Bali Body is not liable for any import duties or taxes charged and we do not accept returns if an order has qualified for import taxes.


Due to COVID-19, please be aware that the above shipping times may be temporarily affected and you may experience delays in receiving your order. We ask you to please be patient with our shipping partners during this period and understand that any delays with shipping are completely out of our control. Unfortunately not, as soon as your order has left our warehouse we are unable to change any of the details. Always be sure to triple check your order details and notify our customer service team at info@balibodyco.com as soon as you realise something is incorrect. Bali Body will not be liable for orders missing due to incorrect or incomplete address details.


You can initially track your order using the tracking number and link provided to you in your shipping confirmation email. Once your order clears your local customs, you can track it on your local postal providers website using the same tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. If your order is being shipped with our free regular mail option then you may use a PO Box. If you have chosen to use one of the express postage methods available, please ensure your postal address is to a home or business address. You must also provide a mobile phone number so that the courier can call you if they require further delivery confirmation and/or updates.
